Who We are?

Hello, I’m Chris, an American guy who has been living in Peru full time for the past 3 years. My connection with Peru started with my father, Lt. Col Philip O., who came here in the late ’80s as part of the American Military’s efforts to improve the lives of children in the Peruvian Andes. Tragically, my father passed away after I moved with him to Peru in 2019. May he rest in peace.

After my father’s passing, our family faced another challenge when Bandi, his loyal German Shepherd, fell seriously ill. The difficult experience with several veterinary clinics in Peru inspired me to make a change. We decided to establish our own full-service Veterinary Hospital in Peru, where the well-being of pets comes before financial gains.

Lt. Col. Philip O. O'Sullivan,

Having immersed myself in a completely different culture and mindset for the last 3 years, I witness the pressing need for an efficient Animal Control system or, at the very least, a reliable helpline for pet owners.

Our ultimate goal is to create a spacious industrial facility dedicated to boarding, feeding, and providing medical care, including surgery, for up to 500 dogs and 300 cats at any given time. In this facility, every animal will receive the love, care, and attention they deserve.

In our envisioned industrial space, we aim to create a sanctuary for pets in need. The facility will not only offer boarding, feeding, and medical care but also serve as a place of refuge and love for the countless animals that require assistance and care.

With this comprehensive plan, we are committed to upholding the legacy of my father’s commitment to improving lives and creating a positive impact on the lives of pets and pet owners in Peru.

Together, let’s build a better future for our furry companions.

Our Mission

We are dedicated to creating an environment where the well-being of every pet is our top priority, promoting respect and love for animals through comprehensive health, shelter, and nutrition services. We honor a legacy of dedication and service, inspired by a commitment to helping those in greatest need.

The Vision

To be Peru’s leading center for comprehensive animal care, with a sanctuary and veterinary hospital that offers a safe and compassionate refuge for up to 500 dogs and 300 cats, providing food, medical care, and a loving space for each one. We aim to build a community that values and protects animals, with support and animal control systems that improve the well-being of pets and families, leaving a lasting and positive impact on our society.
