A Legacy of Love: From Heartbreak to Hope in Peru
My father, Lt. Col. Philip O., dedicated his service to uplifting children in the Andes mountains in the late 1980s. His deep commitment inspired me, and in 2010, I joined him in Peru. Our time together was tragically cut short by his passing, a heartbreak compounded by the sudden, grave illness of Bandi, his loyal Service dog. Bandi wasn’t just a pet; he was a constant source of comfort and support, having a profound impact on my father’s life and work.
The struggle to find veterinary care for Bandi in our remote location ignited a new mission within me. This challenging experience, born from grief, became the catalyst for a journey to ensure no other family or their beloved animals face such a daunting challenge alone.
Our primary mission is both ambitious and vital: to close 500 inhumane dog lots. We’re providing a lifeline to countless animals suffering in overcrowded and unsanitary conditions, directly rescuing them from these dire environmentsSimultaneously, we offer these rescued animals exceptional daily care, comfortable housing, and critical medical treatment. Our sanctuary is designed to provide for 500 dogs and 300 cats, ensuring their immediate well-being and paving the way for a healthier future for all living beings on our planet.Dedicated to revitalizing slum communities. By converting these areas into Safe, Affordable, Peaceful, and neighborhoods.Creating brighter futures where families and their furry friends can thrive together.

The following video contains graphic images of the illegal wildlife trade to show the brutal reality our team is fighting on the ground. This isn’t just about animal cruelty; this is a public health emergency. The illegal bushmeat trade is a primary driver for the spread of zoonotic diseases and a direct threat to the communities we serve.
